The developer was finally able to finish the paperwork after getting the letter of guaranty from our bank, and so we visited our new condo unit for the first time on Saturday, Jan. 23. Can’t tell you how wonderful it is to see our new home! Target for moving in is before the last week of February.

I love blogging for CNET Asia, and I’ve always considered it a privilege to be part of this blog network. As I blogged yesterday while live tweeting the Manny Pacquiao-Miguel Cotto encounter, Manny Pacquiao became the top Twitter Trending Topic along with several other Pacquiao-related keywords.
Like many Filipino Internet users, I’m online now sharing updates on the Manny Pacquiao-Miguel Cotto: Firepower boxing clash on social networks such as Twitter. As you might expect, the number of people tweeting about Pacquiao has made the world’s best pound for pound boxer a Top Trending Topic, namely his nickname, Pacman.
In fact, I’m watching the boxing card right now via Smart 3G on my Nokia N82 while blogging this and tweeting updates.
