With three pets at its disposal, my wife’s Brute has been wreaking havoc on the dreaded Brutes with pet bears.
Lately, however, her Brute doesn’t seem content with just beating Brutes with pet bears. Her Brute apparently wants to kill the bear first before dealing the death blow to the rival Brute.
Actually, sometimes it’s really cutting it close — further proof that these Brutes don’t always use the soundest tactics.
Here are three examples of my wife’s Brute killing pet bears.
Click here to see her Brute’s first fight against a Brute with a pet bear, and here to see how my Brute defeated Grubtor, the Brute of pro gamer Manuel Schenkhuizen, better known all over the world by his nickname, Grubby.
I decided to conduct an experiment in My Brute using my wife Ellen’s Brute (ellen-a.mybrute.com), which has three pets — two pet dogs and a pet panther.
Overkill, huh? I mean, she mauled my Brute (joey-a.mybrute.com) when she just had a pet dog and pet panther, but as if to add insult to injury, she leveled up after beating and received another pet dog!
Wondering how she would fare against this Brute (protourbeast.mybrute.com) with a pet bear who also crushed my Brute before, I set up the fight.
So what happens when a Brute with three pets goes up against a Brute with a pet bear?
Wow, I knew My Brute had gone viral and become the latest online craze, but I didn’t expect to see a Facebook ad which I just stumbled upon.
I guess this shows that many Filipinos have been signing up for My Brute. Funny thing is that the Facebook ad points to the account of a player who has a–get this–a Level 33 Brute, and if you look at this Brute’s cell, you’ll see that this player already has 3,019 pupils as of this writing.
Yup, the famous Dutch pro gamer Manuel Schenkhuizen, better known all over the world by his nickname “Grubby”, seems to have also fallen under the spell of the latest online craze, the Flash game My Brute.
As I blogged yesterday, this game has become viral all of a sudden. While Googling for some tips since My Brute has no game guide, I discovered that Grubby, who twice won first prize in the World Cyber Games in Warcraft III (WCG 2004 and WCG 2008), has also created his own Brute, Grubtor, and has been kicking ass in the arena. Singaporeans would remember Grubby being in town for WCG 2005, which the Lion City hosted on Nov. 16-20 at Suntec Singapore International Convention and Exhibition Centre.
